Essential rights provided for in Decree-Law No. 17/2018 of March 8:
Wildngo Travel and/or the operator through which you signed the travel contract will be responsible for the correct execution of the entire organized trip.
Travelers have an emergency telephone number or the contact details of a contact point to communicate with the travel organizer or agency.
Essential rights provided for in Decree-Law No. 17/2018 of March 8:
• Travelers will receive all essential information about the organized trip before concluding the respective contract.
• There is always at least one operator responsible for the correct execution of all travel services included in the contract.
• Travelers have an emergency telephone number or the contact details of a contact point to be able to communicate with the organizer or travel agency.
• Travelers may transfer the organized trip to another person, subject to reasonable notice and, possibly, upon payment of additional costs.
• The price of the organized trip can only be increased in the event of an increase in specific costs (for example, the price of fuel), if this possibility is expressly provided for in the contract and, in any case, up to 20 days before the start of the organized trip . If the price increase exceeds 8% of the package price, the traveler may terminate the contract. If the organizer reserves the right to increase the price, the traveler is entitled to a price reduction in the event of a reduction in relevant costs.
• Travelers can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and obtain a full refund of any payments made in the event of a significant change to any of the essential elements of the package, with the exception of the price. If, before the start of the organized trip, the operator responsible for it cancels it, travelers are entitled to a refund and, where applicable, compensation.
• Travelers may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee before the start of the package, in exceptional circumstances, for example in the case of serious security issues at the destination that could affect the package.
• Additionally, travelers may terminate the contract at any time prior to the start of the package travel by paying an appropriate termination fee.
• If, after the start of the organized trip, it is not possible to provide significant elements of it as agreed, alternatives will have to be proposed
suitable for the traveler, at no additional cost. The traveler may terminate the package travel contract without paying a termination fee if the services are not performed in accordance with the contract, this lack of conformity considerably affects the performance of the package trip and the organizer does not remedy this lack.
• Travelers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages in case of non-compliance or poor execution of the
travel services.
• The organizer must provide assistance if a traveler is in difficulty.
• If the organizer or retailer is declared insolvent, payments will be refunded. If the organizer or retailer is declared insolvent after the start of the package and if transport is included in the package, repatriation of travelers is guaranteed. Wildngo Unipessoal Lda signed protection in case of insolvency with the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund.
